Welcome to More Is Less Weight Loss.  I’m a diet coach who can help you lose the weight you want to lose in a slow, safe way.  I don’t sell any special diets or crazy fitness equipment.  I won’t sell you prepackaged food or supplements.  My weight loss philosophy is simple.  You eat healthier.  You eat less.  You move more, and you lose weight.  I’ll help you set achievable goals to work at a gradual pace changing your lifestyle so you can get to a weight that is right for you and stay there.  Anyone can lose weight.  My clients can lose their weight and keep it off because they lose it the healthy way.  My support group structure keeps you accountable and motivated and keeps my fees affordable.  Check me out and give me a call.

In an effort to better serve our clients, More is Less is now offering online coaching.  Our online coaching service consists of telephone coaching sessions, written lessons (with tiny homework assignments), and email, website, and phone support.  The coaching is done twice weekly in an 8 week session.  Find out more details on the My Coaching Service page.
